Dee Perry celebrates the 10th anniversary of The Progressive Arts Alliance with founder Santina Protopapa and former hip hop dancer Matt Zone, the Cleveland City Councilman. Plus we discover the dividing line when East Meets West in the new Cleveland-centric exhibit on view at The Western Reserve Historical Society. And John Ewing shares the latest onscreen happenings at both The Cinematheque and The Cleveland Museum of Art.
